The Pelvic Floor Academy

A clinician-led approach to improving pelvic floor diagnostics

The Pelvic Floor Academy was created to support clinicians who want a deeper, more practical understanding of pelvic floor diagnostics.

The Challenge

Across pelvic floor practice, there is often a disconnect between clinical symptoms, imaging findings, and treatment decisions. Without a clear understanding of how these fit together, care can become inconsistent or incomplete.

The academy was created to bridge that gap - supporting clinicians to interpret findings with confidence and apply them meaningfully in practice.

Why it was founded

From clinical demand to shared learning

  • The Academy grew out of real clinical demand
  • As requests for case review, teaching and diagnostic support increased, it became clear this reflected a wider gap in accessible, diagnostic-focused education.
  • Pelvic floor pathology is complex. Yet many clinicians are learning in isolation, or through fragmented teaching, without regular exposure to the breadth of cases needed to build real confidence.
  • Our aim is to make high-quality diagnostic education more accessible, more clinically relevant, and more connected to real patient care.

Learning Together

We believe learning is most effective when it is shared, discussed, and supported
Through the Academy clinicians can:
  • Build experience through broader case exposure
  • Ask questions and explore uncertainty
  • Learn from different perspectives
  • Feel supported and connected
