Dr Adam Aboalkaz
Consultant Radiologist | Clinical Director, The Pelvic Floor Academy
Dr Adam Aboalkaz is a Consultant Radiologist at the University Hospital of Wales, specialising in abdominopelvic imaging with a subspecialist interest in pelvic floor diagnostics.
His clinical practice encompasses the multimodality assessment of pelvic floor dysfunction, integrating anatomical and functional imaging findings to inform clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
He is passionate about improving standards in pelvic floor diagnostics through education, multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based clinical practice. He regularly delivers invited national and international lectures, contributes to specialist education through the British Medical Ultrasound Society, and is an Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University.
